Introduction and acceptance

This website is operated by Sintique, an independent fragrance business. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you place an order once online ordering is available, the applicable product, price and delivery details shown before payment form part of that order.

Using the website

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information where requested. You may browse products and use the shopping bag. Online checkout and payment are not currently active; adding a product to the bag does not itself create an accepted order.

Products and descriptions

Sintique currently offers Aqua Rush, Spice Drive and Sugar Affaire fragrances. Product pages show the relevant size, price, description and fragrance notes. We aim to keep this information accurate and will correct material errors brought to our attention. Fragrance perception differs from person to person. Product colour and appearance may vary slightly with photography, lighting and screen settings; this does not affect your rights if a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

Pricing and currency

Prices shown on the site are in Indian rupees (₹). Any applicable delivery charge and the final payable amount should be displayed before payment. We may update prices or offers for future orders; a confirmed order will be handled using the terms communicated for that order, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

Orders, confirmation and availability

Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when Sintique confirms it. Availability can change, and we will contact you if an item cannot be supplied. If payment has already been captured for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange an eligible refund.

Payments and failed payments

Online payments are not currently active on this site. If payment functionality is added, it may be handled by a third-party processor. Please contact us if a payment is deducted without order confirmation or if you see a duplicate charge. See our refund and cancellation policy for the steps to take.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery availability, estimates, charges, tracking and the handling of delivery issues are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact number. If details are incorrect, notify us promptly; a correction may not be possible after dispatch.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Requests to cancel an order, return or replace a fragrance, or obtain a refund are handled under our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property and misuse

Sintique’s site content, branding, imagery and design are intended for personal browsing and shopping. Do not copy or commercially reuse them without permission, or interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or use it to mislead others.

Third-party services and availability

The site may link to or rely on third-party services, including hosting, payment or delivery services. Their own terms may also apply to those services. We work to keep the website available, but temporary interruptions or errors can occur. Contact us if an interruption affects an order.

Responsibility and applicable law

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Sintique is responsible for losses arising directly from its failure to meet its obligations, but not for remote or unforeseeable losses. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes will be handled by courts or consumer forums with jurisdiction under applicable law.
